Pellet screens separate the dust of the pelletized feeds and send them back to the upper tank of the pellet press. The pellet separated from the powder is conveyed to the finished product silo. Depending on the areas of use, they are manufactured as models with 2 or 3 cassettes and 2 or 3 outlets. There are three different models: Vibro Sieve, Pan Sieve and Drum Sieve.
Vibro Sieve: With the help of vibrating sieve technology and different sieve widths, products are separated according to grain sizes and cleared of foreign objects. It allows materials of the same granule size to enter the process.
Pan Sieve: The semi-finished products coming onto the sieve are thrown towards the sides thanks to the centrifugal force gained by the rotating movement of the sieve. Due to the shock and vibration caused by the semi-finished products hitting the sieve sheet, dust particles pass through the sieve sheet and are returned to the system through the dust collection bunker.
Drum Sieve: Before shipping the raw material to the relevant warehouse, possible yarn, paper, nylon, etc. It is used to separate foreign objects. The sieve material wrapped on the rotating drum, driven by a reducer electric motor, separates the raw material and unwanted materials by making a circular movement.
