The cooling unit, which is used to cool the hot feed in pellet form to ambient temperature, works according to the counter air flow principle. The air from the outside environment is brought into contact with the feed in the cooler, and the temperature of the feed is reduced, while the heated air is removed from the environment by the aspiration system. The cooled feed is discharged via the discharge system on the cooler. The discharge system can be selected as grate or hydraulic valve, depending on the product to be used. The discharge feature of the system is adjustable and works according to the capacity. The temperature is controlled by levels located on the body. Feed dust in the hot air directed to the aspiration unit is sent back to the system through the cyclone. After the cooling process, the pellet feed becomes hardened, thus preventing dust formation during the packaging phase. Additionally, as the feed reaches the appropriate humidity, its shelf life is extended. Single or double-deck models are available depending on the purpose of use, and suitable solutions are offered for every possibility.
