Extruder Systems consist of a section called "sleeve", where endless screws are arranged one after the other from the entrance to the exit. The mixture passing through this section becomes homogeneous; It undergoes chemical changes under mechanical treatment, high temperature (140°C) and pressure (50 atm).
The extruder process takes place in a short time such as 30-60 seconds. In this process, the mixture loses 70-75% of its water, while the proteins, starch and oils it contains are broken down under high temperature and pressure. In addition, these conditions ensure the effective destruction of microorganisms. These systems, which work on the principle of extrusion, process plant feed raw materials (cereals such as wheat, barley, rye, oats, corn, rice and legumes such as chickpeas, soybeans and peas) and animal feed materials with high nutritional value, easily digestible cattle and sheep, It produces fish and poultry feed and dry feed for pets (cats and dogs).
Benefits of Using Extruder Feed: It provides important advantages such as increased digestive efficiency, improvement in milk production and live weight gain, increased meat quality and reduced mortality rate due to digestive system diseases.
It is specially designed and manufactured according to different capacity needs and number of silos.
